⏰ TIMING

• Warm up - 5 minutes before the scheduled game start time.

• Game duration - 50 minutes, including 5 minute break between sets.

• Starting - all teams must pay their weekly games in advance and will be presented with a token by the Tournament Director, which will then be passed to the referee before the commencement of the match.

🏅 SETS & POINTS

• Each set will last 25 minutes, then at the commencement of the second set, teams will change sides.

• The total score accumulated over the two sets by each team will be taken as the final score for the match.

• Each team is entitled to one 30-second time-out per set.

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ TEAM MEMBERS

• Each team must have at least 1 player of each gender on court at all times, otherwise teams may only have 5 players on the court at any one time - exemptions may be granted upon request and with acknowledgement from the opposing team.

😇 FILL IN PLAYERS

• On the day, we ask teams tick off the players on their team lists, and to add the names of any fill in players.

• Only registered players or fill ins who have played 3 or more games are qualified to play in finals.

• Fill-ins may play across teams but can only select one team to compete in for finals.

😭 FORFEIT POLICY

• If your team cannot field a team at least 24 hours notice will be required so that we can organise another team to play.

• Your game will be forfeited and the other team will be granted a free win.

• Game fees are still payable for any games forfeited due to late notice.
