WAVJL 2025
The WA Volleyball Junior League (WAVJL) is a multi-round Indoor Volleyball competition held at various venues around the Perth Metro Area on Friday nights.

In 2024, MUVC entered teams in the following divisions:
Kwelenas Year 11/12 girls
Yongas Year 10 Boys
Kardas Year 11/12 Boys

The teams entered into 2025 will depend on the number of trial participants we have over the next coming weeks.
We look forward to continue supporting young players in volleyball!

What team will I be in?
All players need to trial to be selected for a team. Teams are divided up into boys and girls teams, and into year groups: year 7/8, 9/10, 11/12. Players may play in their own year group or higher.
Please note: MUVC may not enter a team in all divisions, as a minimum number of players per team is required.

When are trainings?
Training is every week most likely on Thursdays 6-8pm at Murdoch Active. Training starts 6 weeks before the season starts to allow the teams to get to know each other better before stepping onto the court for the first time together!

When are games?
Games are every Friday at various venues and times across metro Perth. The current calendar draft has 10 rounds plus 2 weeks of finals, with byes throughout the school holidays.
