Bagabandi (Baku) Tsendjav

Bagabandi “Baku” Tsendjav joined MUVC in 2025 and has already made a strong impact as coach of the Men’s Division 4 team. Originally from Mongolia, Baku brings valuable experience and a fresh perspective to the club, combining discipline with patience as he guides many players who are new to competitive volleyball.

His team began the season with limited knowledge of fundamentals such as rotations and positioning, but under Baku’s guidance they have shown clear improvement and growing confidence on court. Players describe his coaching style as strict but enjoyable, with training sessions that challenge them while keeping the team spirit high.

Baku’s commitment to his players is unmistakable—he has often said he “loves his boys,” reflecting both his dedication and the strong bond he has built with his team. His leadership has not only improved their volleyball skills but also created a supportive environment where new players feel motivated to keep learning and improving.
