  • Official's Code of Behaviour

    Murdoch University Volleyball Club (MUVC) Referees are subject to the Official’s Code of Behaviour and MUVC’s Guidelines for Interacting with Children, in regard to their conduct during any activity held or sanctioned by MUVC. The Official’s Code of Behaviour reflects the Referee Accreditation Framework published by Volleyball Australia (VA) in January 2021; MUVC endorses and supports the values and skillset established by the leading national body in Australia. All participants are required to confirm agreement to the codes by signing the acceptance form and demonstrating their commitment in practice.

  • Coach Selection Criteria Policy

    The Policy is to be used as a guideline to outline the selection criteria for each Assistant, Lead, and the Head Coach, at the commencement of each calendar year.

  • Committee Selection Criteria Policy

    The Policy is to be used as a guideline to outline the selection criteria and roles of each Committee Position at the commencement of each calendar year.

  • Risk Management Plan

    These guidelines are for coaches, committee members, staff and other personnel to identify and capture the likelihood of project risks and evaluate the potential damage or interruption caused by those risks. Murdoch University Volleyball Club’s (MUVC) Risk Management Plan, has been adapted from Volleyball Western Australia’s Event Risk Management Plan 2013.

  • Good Sports Policy

    This policy outlines our procedures for a balanced and responsible approach to the service, supply, consumption and promotion of alcohol at club games, special events, functions and other club-related activities. It represents our club’s commitment to its members, volunteers and visitors, acknowledging the role that sporting clubs and associations play in building strong and healthy communities.

  • Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy

    The purpose of the Murdoch University Volleyball Club (MUVC) Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy, is to educate all MUVC members, staff, supporters and spectators of their responsibilities when interacting with children and young people and to familiarise members, staff, supporters and spectators with MUVC’s processes for its response to any concerns, incidents or allegations of harm or abuse to children and young people.
