Ephraim Mills joined the MUVC coaching team in 2024 and quickly became a valued presence both on and off the court. He began his coaching journey with the Division 3 Women and now leads the Women’s Division 1 Reserve team, continuing to bring energy, humour, and thoughtful guidance to his players.

Standing at 6'3", Ephraim plays as both an outside hitter and middle blocker and has been a member of multiple MUVC teams under Head Coaches Laura Mocca and Emanuele Nagliati. In addition to his indoor experience, he has also played indoor beach volleyball for several years, further rounding out his skills and court awareness.

Outside of volleyball, Ephraim works as a disability support worker and brings strong communication skills, empathy, and patience to his coaching style. Known for his calm presence and dry wit, he’s just as likely to challenge a player with “What happened?” as he is to remind them to enjoy the game.
