Justin Melling

Justin Melling is in his second year coaching juniors in the WAVJL competition and has quickly established himself as a versatile and committed coach. He has worked with both Year 9/10 and Year 11/12 boys’ teams, as well as assisting with the Division 4 Men’s program. In addition to his WAVJL responsibilities, Justin also serves as MUVC’s Participation Coach, leading the Kids and Junior Volley programs at Murdoch Active on Saturdays.

Justin’s players are known for their enthusiasm and hunger for volleyball, and under his guidance they have shown dramatic improvement. With a strong focus on fundamentals, Justin excels at working with inexperienced juniors, tailoring each session to suit the wide range of skills across his groups. His adaptability and patience ensure that every athlete—no matter their starting point—feels supported in their development.



Through his dedication to grassroots volleyball and player growth, Justin plays an important role in fostering the next generation of MUVC athletes.
