Emanuele (manu) nagliati
Emanuele Nagliati is a highly experienced indoor and beach volleyball coach who has been involved in the sport since the 1990s. Originally from Italy, he began coaching in 1996 and holds a Level 3 Volleyball Australia accreditation, along with two formal coaching certifications from the Italian Volleyball Federation (FIPAV). His FIPAV training included over 100 hours of intensive coursework and more than 400 hours of continuing development, covering advanced training methods, match analysis, and practical coaching sessions with some of Italy’s most respected coaches.
Emanuele has coached junior and senior teams across nearly every level of competition, from grassroots to Serie C and Division 1 in Italy. Since relocating to Australia, he has continued to build on his coaching legacy—guiding Division 3 and State League Reserve women’s teams, coaching junior players at Guildford Grammar School, and working with UWA athletes and beach volleyball players since 2015.
Since 2022, Emanuele has served as Head Coach (Men’s) at MUVC, leading the club’s top-level men’s team. His leadership, technical knowledge, and athlete-first approach have been instrumental in developing a high-performance environment for male athletes within the club.
