Nathaniel Hutton

Nathaniel “Nate” Hutton has been a dedicated member of MUVC for the past three years, both as a player and coach. He began his coaching journey in 2024 with the Men’s Division 5 team and the Kwinana Junior Volley program, before stepping into his current role in 2025 as coach of the Women’s Division 2 team.



Nate is known for his strategic approach to coaching, carefully planning and organising his teams to bring out the best in every player. Across both seasons, the teams he has led have shown some of the strongest cohesion and camaraderie in the club, consistently performing well within their divisions.

His communication style is one of his greatest strengths—Nate delivers constructive feedback in a polite, thoughtful, and encouraging manner that is always well received by his players. His ability to balance discipline with empathy has created a positive and motivated team environment, making him a valued coach and leader within MUVC.
